We conclude a processing agreement with processors. Your data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.  <\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-webwinkelsoftware-en-hosting\"><strong>Web shop software and hosting<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WooCommerce hosted via Dlogic<br\/><\/strong>Our web shop runs on WooCommerce and is hosted by Dlogic. Personal data you provide to us is shared with Dlogic, which has access to this data to provide technical support. Dlogic uses strict security measures, such as SSL encryption, firewalls, and access security, to protect your data against loss or unauthorized access.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shipping and transport<br\/><\/strong>For the delivery of orders, we work with Sendcloud, Myparcel, PostNL, DHL, and DPD. We share your name, address, and city details with these carriers, who use them exclusively to carry out the delivery. If they engage subcontractors, your data may also be shared with these parties.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payments<br\/><\/strong>We process payments via Mollie, which processes your name, address, and payment details. Mollie uses strict security measures and may share anonymous data with third parties to improve its services. Your data is not kept longer than legally permitted.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Email and communication<\/strong><br\/>We use Microsoft Outlook for our business email traffic. This service takes appropriate security measures to prevent misuse, loss, and data corruption. Your emails are treated confidentially.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Accounting and administration<br\/><\/strong>For our financial administration, we use Snelstart. This system processes your name, address, and order details for invoicing and accounting. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized employees. Snelstart does not use your data for other purposes.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customer reviews<br\/><\/strong>We collect customer reviews via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webwinkelkeur.nl\/webshop\/Truckned_1216517\/reviews\">WebwinkelKeur<\/a>. When you leave a review, your name, city, and email address are shared with us and potentially published on the WebwinkelKeur website. If we invite you for a review, we share your email address with WebwinkelKeur. This party uses the data exclusively for this purpose.   <\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-doel-van-de-gegevensverwerking\"><strong>Purpose of data processing<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>General purpose of processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process your personal data exclusively for the performance of our services. This means that the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide to us. We do not use your data for targeted marketing without your explicit consent. This means we keep your customer profile until you indicate you no longer wish to use our services. If you object, we will immediately stop the data processing pending the assessment of your objection. If your objection is declared well-founded, we will delete all data or, if desired, transfer it to you, and permanently stop the processing. Additionally, you have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in a way that this right would apply.
