Business orders
Besides retail orders, you can also easily place business orders with us. Many companies, mechanics, and fleet operators already use this service. As a business customer, you not only benefit from competitive prices and clear communication but also from the option to order on invoice. This allows you to work efficiently while keeping your administration organized.
To keep everything as clear as possible, we’ve explained exactly below how business ordering works, what conditions apply, and what you can expect. This way, you’ll know exactly where you stand and can order your products without any hassle.
VAT-free ordering in the webshop
Is your company based in an EU country other than the Netherlands? Then you can place a VAT-free order. Here’s how it works:
- One-time order: During checkout, you can enter your VAT number in the billing details. Our system automatically verifies the number and applies the VAT correctly (VAT will be removed with a valid VAT number).
- Business account: If you have an account with us, you can enter your VAT number there, which will be verified immediately. The system remembers the VAT number and automatically applies it to future orders. Note: a valid VAT number always starts with the country code.
Business customer registration
Would you like to have orders delivered on invoice as a business customer? That is possible. For the first three orders, we require payment in advance; after that, we apply a payment term of 21 days.
To register as a business customer, please fill out the registration form. After receiving the form, we will contact you as soon as possible to verify the details and activate the business account.

Terms and conditions
The following conditions apply to qualify for a business account.
- Chamber of Commerce registration: Only companies that have been registered with the Chamber of Commerce for at least 1 year are eligible.
- Free delivery: For business orders with an order value of more than €250 excl. VAT, free delivery applies.
- Delivery: We strive to deliver your order in one go as much as possible. Delivery takes place as soon as all ordered products are ready for shipment.
– Would you like to receive partial deliveries of products that are already available? Please contact us in advance. - Shipping and packaging: By default, we ship orders including a packing slip, any advertising, and printed tape from Truckned.
– Do you want the order to be shipped white-label (for example, directly to your customer)? Please indicate this in the comments during the ordering process. - Promotions and discounts: If your order falls within an ongoing promotion, the most favorable discount will be applied automatically.
- Return policy: For business orders, there is no right of return as there is for private orders.
– Do you want to return something? Please contact us. We will review each situation to see if a return is possible. - Payment discount: We do not offer a payment discount for payments made before a certain date.
- No retroactive discount: No rights can be derived from the guidelines above. No discount can be processed retroactively for orders that have already been placed.
