Shipping & Returns

At Truckned, we do everything we can to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Do you order on a business day before 2:30 PM? Then we will send your package, if in stock, on its way that same day. This way, we ensure that the carrier can deliver the package to you as quickly as possible and you don’t have to wait unnecessarily for your new lighting or accessories.

For shipping packages, we work together with PostNL, DPD, and DHL. Because every order has a different size and weight, we automatically choose the most suitable carrier. This way, we keep the shipping process as efficient as possible and can keep the lead time short. As a result, only one shipping option is visible during checkout and it is not possible to choose a carrier yourself.

Would you rather pick up the package at a collection point? In some cases, the chosen carrier still offers this option. As soon as your package has been scanned and is on its way, you will receive a track & trace link by email. Via that link, you can select a collection point yourself if available, or adjust the delivery preferences. This way, you still have flexibility and the shipment continues to run as smoothly as possible.

Shipping options

We ship your order in one or more packages, depending on the products. For example, your order may consist of a combination of different shipping methods. The standard shipping options are:

  1. Mailbox package (only within the Netherlands)
  2. Package with track & trace
  3. XL/XXL package (larger and heavier shipments)

Shipping option and conditions

  • Is the order value* lower than €25 and does your order fit through the mailbox? Then we ship it as a mailbox package.
  • Is the order value* €25 or higher? Then we always ship your order as a package with track & trace.
  • Is the order value* €150 or higher? Then you pay no shipping costs for shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany. (XL/XXL packages excluded)
  • Is the order value* €500 or higher? Then you pay no shipping costs for shipping to France, Luxembourg, or Austria. (XL/XXL packages excluded)
  • For all other destinations, free shipping is not possible.

* The order value excludes shipping costs and is after applying any discounts.

During the completion of your order, you will see which shipping option is available for your package. In some cases, for example with deviating dimensions or local legislation, it may happen that no shipping option appears. Do you get this message? Before you place an order, you naturally want to know where you stand. Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs per country and package size. This way, you won’t face any surprises at the checkout. Please note: all listed shipping costs exclude sales tax (VAT). The final shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, depending on your shipping country, package size, and order value.

Returns

We do everything we can to satisfy every customer. However, it can happen that you are not completely happy with your purchase. You can register your order for return within 30 days after the order date via the form below.

Good to know:

  • Products must be returned undamaged, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Business orders are not eligible for return or right of withdrawal.
  • The shipping costs for returning are at your own expense.
  • Below the form, you can read all return conditions explained in detail.

Returns for business customers
Returns for business customers are excluded. Because business purchases fall under different rules than private purchases, we do not offer return or exchange options for B2B orders. This means that ordered products cannot be exchanged or returned after delivery. We therefore advise business customers to check orders carefully before they are definitively placed.

Depreciation and damage
You are responsible for any depreciation of the product that arises because you use it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to assess it, as you would in a store. If an item is returned damaged or incomplete, or is no longer in its original condition, we are entitled to withhold part of the purchase amount, or even refuse the return. We therefore ask you to handle the product carefully during the reflection period and, as far as reasonably possible, return it in the original packaging.

Right of withdrawal

Reflection period
If you make a purchase from us as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your order within 30 days after receipt. You do not have to give a reason for this.

Note: this right of withdrawal does not apply to business orders. See the bottom of this page for exceptions.

When does the reflection period start?
The reflection period of 30 days starts on the day that you (or someone on your behalf, not the carrier) physically receive the product.

Did you receive multiple products in one order on different days? Then the term starts from the day on which you received the last product.

How do you use the right of withdrawal?
You can let us know within the reflection period that you want to withdraw the purchase. This can be done via a clear statement by:

Tip: add your return confirmation and pack the products carefully, preferably in the original packaging.

Refund
After withdrawal, you will receive your purchase amount back within 14 days, including any shipping costs (except for extra chosen delivery options).

The refund is made via the same payment method you used to pay, unless we agree otherwise.

Note: we may delay the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent the package.

Depreciation
You may unpack and view the product as you would in a physical store.

If the product is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to test the product, we can withhold an amount from your refund.

Advice:

  • Handle the product with care.
  • Return it, if possible, in the original packaging.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
You cannot use the right of withdrawal for:

  • Business orders
  • Products that are custom-made or personalized
  • Hygiene products of which the seal has been broken (for example, certain lighting with skin contact)
  • Audio, video, or software products of which the seal has been broken
  • Newspapers, journals, or magazines (unless you have taken out a subscription)
  • Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life
