Received a damaged package

Did your order arrive damaged? Please contact us within 5 working days via info@truckned.nl and include:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Photo of the box and the shipping label
  • Photo of the damaged item

Please note: reports made later than 5 working days can no longer be handled through the carrier’s insurance; the damage is then entirely at your own risk.

 

Received the wrong product

Did you receive a defective product? Please contact us within 10 working days via info@truckned.nl. Include:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Photo(s) of the item

We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Product not found

Package not received

Have you placed an order and it hasn’t been delivered (yet)? Please contact us within 5 working days after the last tracking update via info@truckned.nl. Include in your email:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Phone number

Please note: For mailbox packages, we can only take action 10 working days after the last scan, as these packages do not have real-time track & trace.
You can choose track & trace for every shipment so you can follow your package more closely.

As soon as we receive your email, we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible

 

Package not picked up

Pick up your order from the collection point in time. If this isn’t done, the package will be automatically returned to us.

  • You will then receive a refund of the purchase price, minus €9.95 for return and handling costs.
  • This fee covers the costs of return shipping, administration, and storage.
  • Once we have received the returned package, we will process the refund and send you an email about it.

 

Drop-off authorization

Some carriers offer a ‘safe place’ delivery option. We recommend not using this option. If you do choose it, your rights in case of damage, loss, or non-delivery will lapse. The package is then delivered entirely at your own risk.

 

Where is my invoice

You can find your invoice:

  • In your account, or
  • As a PDF file in the email you receive after completing your order

Have you deleted the email or don’t have access to your account? Then contact us via info@truckned.nl and include:

  • Order number
  • Name

You will then receive your invoice by email as soon as possible.
